Advanced Data Smartphone Acquisition

At EX1, our Advanced Smartphone Data Acquisition Services are undertaken in-house and are ISO 17025:2017 accredited. These capabilities facilitate the comprehensive acquisition of data from the latest mobile telephones and tablets. Having possessed the capabilities for several years, EX1 is accustomed to providing these services at exceptional speed; with data results being delivered in a matter of hours for exceptionally urgent cases.

Previously, the advanced acquisition methods which were utilised by many UK Law Enforcement Agencies were not repeatable by defence experts and defence relied upon the data which was provided by the prosecution. With EX1’s in-house capabilities, this is no longer the case. EX1 can deploy our own advanced acquisition methods and repeat the processes which have been undertaken by the prosecution. EX1 can also, in some instances, utilise methods which have not been previously used by the prosecution to retrieve additional data.
